Why this campaign exists
The audit found the prior scaleout session 01KX5BYANG08YEQGC6NJSBT1VB — carrying ra=1628 and a headline variance decomposition — does not exist in S3 (sim_campaign_read_session → NoSuchKey): a phantom projection in the vault. A sibling session (01KWYBEJQK…) sealed a synthesis that names CI figures (csi_cross_geometry, seed_trace) which return NoSuchKey — never uploaded. Every load-bearing statistic (σ²_floor/σ²_seed ≈ 66×, LOFO ×3.37–7.7, ρ≥0.83 across 12 cells) lived only in prose/parquet with no viewable figure.
This re-run demands a session that exists, runs attached, and every named figure present in S3 (now enforced by the seal gate + the runner's figure registration). Design mirrors c-csi-cross-geometry-scaleout; the deliverable is the geometry-dominance variance decomposition with rendered CI/forest figures.
